Problem statement
Our problem was to design a utility shed for my uncle so that he can move all of his yard equipment from the gurage to this new shed. We were given two weeks to design this shed.
Design Statement
One of the things we had to do is figure out how much materials we would need and how much it would cost; Then we had to do Transmission load calculations so that we could figure out the right materials to put on this shed.
Design constraints
My shed had to have the Dimensions added on all four walls and note all windows, doors and doors that intersect an exterior wall. The title bar is under and does not exceed the overall view for that section of the shed. There are no section view lines, trees, plants or other objects in the view. The overall size fits in the drawing sheet. The west view is located directly to the left of the north view. The roof and floor lines have been removed. The floor and roof elevation lines are still visible. The rendering is a good quality and shows a realistic view of the shed. The view gives you the aspect of size and overall appearance of the shed. All of the roof layers and wall layers have been labeled.
Design Criteria
had to use the dimensions that were given to design the shed walls. After that I had to design the roof. Then i was aloud to customize the door and what i think my uncle would want on the outside of the shed.I then had to render the finished house design with the trees and bench on the outside so that i could get a realistic look on the shed.
Materials
The wall consists of: Gypsum wall board, Plywood sheathing grade, wood framing insulation, and the roof is made of: Asphalt roofing shingles, plywood sheathing grade, and wood framing insulation.

Abstract
Our problem was to design a utility shed for my uncle so that he can move all of his yard equipment from the garage to this new shed. We were given two weeks to design this shed.
One of the things we had to do is figure out how much materials we would need and how much it would cost; then we had to do Transmission load calculations so that we could figure out the right materials to put on this shed along with that we had to do heat loss heat gain calculations.
We used Revit to design our shed, I had to use the dimensions that were given to design the shed walls. After that I had to design the roof. Then I was allowed to customize the door and what I think my uncle would want on the outside of the shed. I then had to render the finished house design with the trees and bench on the outside so that I could get a realistic look on the shed.
The wall consists of: Gypsum wall board, Plywood sheathing grade, and wood framing insulation; The roof is made of: Asphalt roofing shingles, plywood sheathing grade, and wood framing insulation. And when I finished my project i had to put it on a sheet to be able to present it.
